*7-16-2014* Day 3 - ZIPLINING!!!!

Some family had to leave this morning- McKay's family, Uncle Scott, and Amber/Gina and Shane. So, it was down to us! Paul took it upon himself to be amazing and pay for everyone to go Zip Lining! Are you kidding me!!!!! This week had already been incredible- but was getting better and better as the days went by!
So, we headed over to the Big Sky resort and got harnessed up.

Cokie lookin good.

 Next, grab your helmets.
 Listening intently.
We decided to leave Sawyer out of this excursion since we didn't know how she'd react and the drama from horseback riding had been enough :) So, Ally, Christian, Katy, Fin and Sawyer stayed back.

 Getting instructions.

 The first go.

Sally, Conli and I were a bit nervous.  Conli got more and more nervous as the line got shorter and shorter.  As it became her turn, she couldn't pretend any more and the tears just started flowing.

But, her courage and desire conquered. It took a lot of prompting and some sweet coersion but she did it. And she loved it! I was soooo proud of her. She looked this big bad fear right in the eye and said "See ya." It was awesome.
Max had no fear. He was dangling from that line like it was no thang! It was sweet!
Platform 2 was set up for the daring to back flip off. There was no way I was doing that, but of course Max jumped on there first and back flipped his way right over that business.

Cute, brave Izzy.

Madi and her no fear followed.

Dad wasn't nervous either, but he wasn't about to go upside down :)

The last stop had a bit of a drop- so you could run off it and kind of jump.  By this time we were all pros of course, and Conli even got brave enough to do a "starfish"- that's where you put your arms and legs out and just fly. I freaking love her.

I ran off- scared me to death, but I did it. And I loved it. It was a blast!!!!!!!!
HOORAY!!!!!

Post zipping, we grabbed some Yeti dogs. Apparently they're kind of a big deal- and they were gooooood!
Afterwards we went to eat and then hunkered down at the cabin for some family fun that evening. I took some random pics of the place:

Sleepy girl all worn out. :)
Of course there was more hot tubbing!

That night, we decided to go join the locals at the Farmers' Market.

 Snow cones were had....

And we had a ball looking at all the awesome creations people had made. I got a super cool brown leather cuff and an awesome Big Sky Montana shirt. It was fun. The weather was PERFECT and I even admitted to Brent that I could live in this climate all year round....gulp....yep, I said that!

The moon was bananas.  It was beautiful and all the smoke from the fires up north made it extraordinary.
