My baby's finally got hair long enough to put and stay put in piggy tails. I know I previewed them months ago, but that was kinda premature, for they would not stay in ....now, they will, well, as long as the Goo doesn't pull them out within 7.6 seconds....she's kinda naughty like that. But either way- they're cute! Daddy LOVES them!

We ventured down to play for Simon's bday at the pond of fun and forgot that our friends were going to be about oh, just an hour late....so, we entertained ourselves for a while in the stream, and on the park

Heather decided to have a finale party of goodness- and boy did we stuff ourselves silly. Don't ask why 2 of my very most favorite treats were there. I mean, i did make peanut butter bars, but Tiff made the popcorn, and did you know that Gardettos makes the best things ever- now I can't remember what they're called- but it's just them- the little round crispy yumminess thingys in a bag---- oh my!!!!

Here are my parents *heroes* What can i say about them?
humility, endurance, faith-unending/unwavering, humor, compassion, love, hard working, charity.....i mean, i could pretty much write a post on them alone, but i'll save that for them! Needless to say, I am HONORED to be blessed with them as my parents. They have suffered through countless hours of disobedient children, who's choices have changed lives, and I will never be able to let them know how much I love them, and appreciate them.

We drove by last week thinking we would venture in-----venture we did, right through the parking lot and on to something else....that line was wrapped around the building! I couldn't believe it, I mean, I know I'm cheap, but this whole thing was bonkers!!!!! I shall be going another time!
Since the dino Museum was no good, we found ourselves a nice lil spot at a park (which must had advertised of it's goodness also, for all the people there) and played for a bit

kids loved it- that's all that matters!

water=FRIGID, but Sawyer wasn't deterred in any form...you can't see, but her bummy is CAKED with mud from plopping down for some good times in the water

We FINALLY made it to the new pool last week. It's thee best!!!! I wanna go every day!!! my kids were in Heaven!!!! Sawyer and CONLI "the afeared" both ventured down the waterslide- twice!!!! MIRACLES were witnessed I tell you!!! It was great!!! Sawyer missed a nap for it, so was loooking a bit wary by the end, but she still had a blast.....and loved the treats

Post dinner, we headed down to Haley and Aaron's for a lil Back to School Dance Party. It was awesome!!!! Steph, Jess and I were the only adults dancing for quite a bit and wondered if only the children were allowed, but then some other "oldies" joined in. The kids had a blast- so did the hubbies if you can't tell. Steph even dressed up in some awesome gear and brought some to share with me- however, the pictures of dancing and dress ups are on her camera...maybe we'll see them soon, maybe not :) loves

Post dance party, we headed back up to the house for what was going to be outdoor movie night, but turned into indoor movie night quickly. Still it was fun! Sawyer wanted to watch Casino Royale and apparently couldn't get close enough.

Sunday morn attire..... i just love these guys. How can you not!? they're so beautiful, and I know I'm so blessed to be their mom- no matter how much you hear me complain about motherhood- i know i need a mood augmentation!
