*THANKSGIVING* and on to December! 2015

Karri came over to help us trim the tree and what a jolly good time! We love this aunt of ours. She's the greatest!

For JD's bday, we made him a big ol candy bar sign.  (this was the real reason Karri came over- the tree was just a perk )
How I missed this cuteness from Texas Roadhouse in Logan I don't know, but oh my heart. They are the cutest beings!!!!!
 Donning all our gay apparel!
For Maci's bday, Rachelle invited all the girlies to Thanksgiving Point for a Tea Party. Talk about cuteness! We all met up in this little cottage behind the Curiosity Museum. First thing up: painting their own pots for their own little flowers. Such fun!

Then they got to get all gussied up for tea and treats! They couldn't decide what to wear. Some of them wanted to wear all the things, some not any....they looked so adorable.

Then, they had a little lesson on manners and being a lady. They played puppets and got to plant their flowers a few other activities. It was such a cute party.

Finally I took the girls to see our favorite houses by us.  These people go all out at Christmas. It's magical, and so over the top! I LOVE it! Their front and backyards light up their whole neighborhood.

To Logan we Go!!!!! *11-24-25-2015*

I love this time of year. I look forward, each Thanksgiving to heading up to mom and dads. To celebrate Dad/s bday, and be together as a family on the holiday.
This year was no different. We met everyone (that was there) at Texas Roadhouse for birthday dinner.

Then we went to Mana and Papa's for presents. The girls got every buffalo thing they could from the cabin when we went to clean it out before Mana Ramey sold it.  They wrapped them all up, and gave them to Papa. He loved each and every one of them. They love that man so much.  It was so cute seeing them all cuddle around him and get excited for his next present.

Then Kingy wanted in on the action. He tried to steal the buffalo, but Papa wasn't having it :)
 A Papa and his people.

After Cas went home and most of our kids went to bed, we sat up and were talking. It somehow turned into a gospel centered talk, and I got to sit and watch Dad talk to Max the way he used to talk to me. Teaching him all the great parts of the gospel. Full of love and caring. It brought tears to my eyes. I'm so grateful he is there.

 Howdy Doody!
Such a cute scene to come upon. Sawyer is definitely "in charge" of these littles. She had them wrangled by the garage door and was reading them stories. They loved it.
 Cute Kingy.
 Some thanksgiving eve dinners.
Wiped out. She was sooooo tired! She didn't stay awake past 7:30!
This was our "be thankful" bowl- where we each wrote down what we are grateful for. Then they were all read before dinner. Last year mom surprised us with a letter from Kyli. This year Jess brought us all to tears with his gratefulness of the atonement.  I'll have to write later about that. I just love that guy.
Con discovered her own little Harry Potter cupboard. We found her here multiple times (coat closet) watching her kindle in peace :)
Nan got Brent and I the biggest swig holders ever :0 So she and I went and filled them for the days' festivities!

Dinner was scrumpcious as usual. The company was divine as usual. We missed Kara and Ben and the kids, but they were at Marla's and not visiting us this year :(  Jena and Derek were in Hurricane and Tate and Janelle in Baton Rouge, but we love them! We miss them every time!

For this years' movie, we saw The Good Dinosaur. There is always some new Disney movie out to partake before we head home. Love these parents of mine and the home they provide to us and our children. I love them so much!
