It's been serious madness around here! Fun, of course, but C-R-A-Z-Y!!!!!
Let's see, we left off Tuesday afternoon last week.... Max had his last soccer game of the season that night, which I couldn't go too, but he's had so much fun playing! I can't wait to watch him get better over the years! They got cute lil medals and i'm glad there are no more games to go watch in this cold blasted weather!
Tuesday night I got to go to a super fun "bachelorette party" for the BEAUTIFUL Kortney!
Me, Summer and Lindsay eatin' some grub
"don't you wish your girlfriend was hot like me?"
sadly enough, to go to Matt and Megan's for dinner- which was so good!
YEAH BEN!! What love he has for his wife to walk at graduation! And what love we have for them that we joined them for lunch at Chuck-A-Rama afterwards....oh that place.
Don't ask why Sawyer's making a mad dash for my garments- I don't know....Friday night I had the funnest soccer game ever!!!! Someday Brent will actually take some pictures so I can have proof of playing. I love it. I don't know why I haven't played for so long! It's the funnest!!!!!!
Saturday morning I decided that in honor of it being almost Mother's Day, we needed to go to breakfast. The catch- all my kids woke up sick. We figured they weren't dying, so we'd chance it. They pulled it off, thank goodness, and spent the rest of the day on the couch! My poor kids! It was terrible timing cuz we had a LOT going on that day! At noon was a birthday party for Bryce at Chuck E Cheese, which Max rested up for and was able to go to with Brent. After that, sweet Shikeyah came over to watch the kids while we got to go to the temple to see some of our bestest friends, Darla and Aaron, get sealed to their lil boy Grayson, who they adopted in October. It was thee SWEETEST thing ever. I couldn't help but cry when they brought the kids into the sealing room, all dressed in white, just glowing- especially Mesa. As they wheeled her in, I was overwhelmed. While they were performing the ceremony, Marin leaned over and held Ashton's hand- it was so sweet. It was beautiful. It was perfect! I LOVE this gospel and the blessings it brings us!Kourtney and Weston were getting sealed at the same time, so we waited around after to see them come out- they're so cute!

Later that night we had the fabulous uncle JD come over to babysit the sickies while we went to dinner and to the reception. It was such a FUN, BUSY day!!!!! Thank you to our friends and family for all your help!!!!
Mothers Day looked like this at my house-
my poor kids. I don't know what's going on, but they've got it bad. I got to go to Grayson's blessing alone that morning, which was actually nice since I didn't have any distractions during the meeting- so I could listen to Dar's talk- great job friend! Around 3, we decided to brave it and take the kids to Brent's moms for a bit. Weird thing is, after about an hour there, they were bouncing off the walls! Guess they just needed a good dose of Mana's house. It was a fun day/night. I love playing games with the family!
(oh moses- Max has strep throat, Sawyer has double ear infections and Conli's bound to come down with something for sure- wish us luck for this week!)
And last but not least, we went to dinner at Aaron and Dar's last night with Whalen's too! It was fun- it's been too long. I love friends!!!
Sawyer did accomplish "THE SIPPY" this week. Good bye bottles!!! YEAH BABY GIRL!!
Brent's lip liner of gooey, chocolate, grow yourself some fat, ice creamy, goodnessAaron's wrestling camp!
Dar and the sweetest Grayson!!!!
wow- i'm so annoying in how long these are getting! I apologize, but I've gotta journal it somehow- so bare with me!
peace!
