First of all- look how beautiful my patriotic little poopsies are!!!!!
We were not going to brave the parade this year, but when Max found out that we weren't doing Stadium of Fire or the parade he had a bit of a melt down because it is TRADITION! I love that he cares about things we do- so, I called Summer to see if her dad had any leftover tickets for the parade so we'd have a good spot to not worry about. As luck would have it, we were able to go!

The missionaries. Gives me the goosebumps. There were SO MANY!!!! It was incredible.
After the parade we had talked about doing a picnic with the fam, but it was BLAZING. So, we opted to go to the JCW- you know we can handle that!
Uglies 'r' Us
We quickly decided to go see Maleficent at the last minute. Brent took Fin home, and Mana, J& Chris, Karri and the kids came with me. Sawyer crashed half way.....

So around 8:00 I started feeling really weird- nauseous and yucky, so I had to go to bed and opt out of the fireworks!!! I was soooo sad! It's my most favorite holiday and I had to just be in bed sleeping!
Also the next morning- I got up and drove to Mana's with the kids- we had to take two cars because Brent and the men fold were going to take the fridge from Grandma Joan's to the cabin afterwards. - I felt fine. Then, on the way down to the balloons, I started feeling all types of yucky again- and so, I just slept/laid down/tried to contain the puke/ whilst the whole rest of the family went to the balloons! It was my saddest morning. Here I was all looking forward to the best holiday of the year and I was sleeping thru it. After the balloons, the family went to Magleby's Fresh for breakfast- my idea- and I missed that deliciousness too! It was rotten.
As soon as we pulled up to mom's I threw up. Right outside the car door- awesome.
Since Brent had to leave to Fairview, Mana was a sweet one and came to my house to watch the kids while I laid down. Good thing because I was completely useless. I threw up again when we got home and then I slept most of the day.
And there I stayed until Tuesday. It was the worst. I couldn't stop the dizziness and the head aching and the sleeping! I haven't been sick like that since last July- which is weird- but why???
