It was FINALLY warm enough to play outside! So, we filled up the pool and the kids had a blast!
Perhaps there may have been a poo incident, but we'll keep that story to ourselves!
The kids had their annual dance festival at the school. I didn't get the best seats because I had no idea where they were going to be, but I tried to get a good picture. And the only one I kind of got was Sawyer!
After searching high and low for some rollerblades for Con, I got some on KSL. This day, I was watching Stehle and Isaac, and after the gym, we buzzed up to Magna to pick them up. It was like an hour away almost!!!!! Then, we had to drive down to almost Springville to meet up with Jessica and Sabra at some park down there. Holy day in the car!
Then after being at the park for about an hour, we were over it because it was attack of the mosquitoes!!!!!
This one time we were playing outside and there was a possessed bee and Finley decided to "alive it" by drowning it in water....it was hilarious. She totally thought she was helping the poor thing out...
...and pose!
On May 31, the last day of school, Summer had herself a baby girl!!!!!
*Sienna Blakely Williams*
She was born via c-section, and was having a really rough time when she came out, so they rushed her off to the NICU and Summer didn't even get to say hello!
So, by the time I took her kids over, about 4 hours later, she still hadn't seen her!!! So not nice to do to a new mommy!
Lucky for me, I got to be there when Justin finally got the ok to bring her down.
It was SO sweet.
I got to capture the firsts for everyone.
I'm no pro, but the pictures are priceless anywho.
Here's her first hold.
Pierce's first glance
SHE'S SO TEENSY!!!!!!!!!
Brynn was beyond happy'-I finally have a sister!!!!!!
It was so sweet to watch them all just stare at her. They were sooo excited to see their new sister.
Will couldn't stop smiling!
Sum cried- it was so adorable!
Proud Parents!
Daddy!
This was adorable- they de-toweled her and everyone just looked at every inch. I took a video and it's the sweetest thing- so many cute little question the kids were asking.
I finally got a turn. OH! She is delicious!!!! She has strawberry blonde hair, and she looks a TON like Justin!
First loves
Just the girls!
First bottle from mama!
Justin's parents showed up about 45 minutes later and were SOOOO excited! It's their first grandchild born to their family. Krista had me video her first "holding" hahaha!
Grandma and Grandpa
Proudest Auntie
da boyz
It was so so so so so so so so special for me to be there to watch it all. Made me want to be a birth photographer!!!! What a spiritual experience it would be to be at births all the time!
Post hospital, we decided (Heather and I) to take the kids to the new Museum of Curiosity at Thanksgiving Point.
What an amazing place!
And what a crowded bunch of craziness!
First stop= Kidopolis
It has everything you'd ever need in a city. It is all interactive, and just amazing.
They were showing "WILL" at the theater that evening.
These ones got stuck in the vault at the bank.
Crazy Rainforest happenings
Sawyer wanted to carry Hayleigh around the whole time.
In the Waterworks room, they have this wind box. It goes up to like 88 mph and Finley thought it was hilarious!
This spot was a bunch of rain gutter things and there were a TON of PVC and different things to make ways for the water to get to the gutters. Crazy wet and fun!
How nice of them to supply rain boots and covers for all the littles!
Even for the bigs!
Fin found herself a little hole to hide in- and no matter what I did I couldn't crop out that grandpa's bum so pretend it's not there.
This was an earthquake simulator.
In another room- I don't remember what it's called- they had lots of building things- blocks and tunnels and the like. The girls played with these for about 45 minutes.
The kids all worked together to build the biggest wall ever. They beat the record! It was so cute watching the all work together, making an assembly line, getting all the bricks together!
Outside, they have a park with lots of cool things. Even a zip line!
Past the park, and thru the hedge maze lies Noah's Arc- splash pad. Yes, they had their clothes on, but they didn't care. It was hot!
On our way out- they even had a little door for the kids! It was almost my favorite part!!!!! It had every thing the big normal doors do, but they could walk in themselves!
Such a great last day of school!!!!
