When these folks come to town, we play. Period.
So, twas a great time to plan a fun day at the Peaks!
Sawyer and Greyson get a long soooo well! They're so cute, our little mischevious ones :)

Fin found herself in heaven, when a snowcone was plopped on her lap. She took once glance, and dug in!

And these 3 girlies feasted upon their cones for a while!

Post Peaks, we headed over to Jason's Deli for some nummy dinner. Ash got a teensy bit burned, and has his mama's problem with pictures- the closings of the eyes :)
 cute ladies

 and the cute little ones
Mesa and the boys hung here.
It was so fun to play for a day. Oh how we wished they never moved away!!!

Sometimes I find random pictures of Sawyer hanging out at the gym....
And, lucky us, Natalie Marti came to town and wanted to see us!!! Shawn was one of Brent's best friends.  He and Natalie got married right before us and we had babies 2 wks apart. When Max and Sage were 9 months old, Shawn, Natalie and Sage were hit by a drunk driver driving the WRONG direction on the FREEWAY going 90 mph.  Shawn and Sage were killed, and Natalie was in a coma for 2 wks. It was horrible.  We miss them all the time, and think of her so much. She is a motivational speaker now and shares her story all over the place. This night she was staying at her aunts house doing a speaking, and we got to go. Oh the tears. What a remarkable, awesome, strong woman she is. I love her to death!!!!! It was so fun to catch up, and ask her questions and hang out. We even got to go to lunch the next day- which didn't turn out as awesome as we'd hoped since the kids were crazies, but it was fun for her to meet them :)
Jena and Kamdyn headed up north for a work venture, and came and hung out with us for a day or two. Jena also had the great opportunity to come to Crossfit with me for the first time and bless her heart, she finished the work out- one of the hardest ones- Filthy 50.  I became her drill sergeant, and she maybe had to stand to pee for a week, but oh so worth it! :)
So, we played at the park for a minute, before we got too hot :) cute cuzzies!
 posers of the universe.

Sometimes Fin goes a little chinese....

We decided to brave the elements and head to the zoo while Mary was here too. We hadn't been to the zoo in years.
It was so worth it!!

After getting home from the gym, we packed a quick lunch, changed my clothes, and headed out. The weather was perfect too, over cast.
 Quite excited!
There were little volunteers spread out to let you touch/feel/hand on some animals. I was AMAZED that all my kids touched this snake!

well, except Finny. She did not want to bother.
Here are mine, Janet's and Heather's chillins.

The most surprising thing tome was Finley's reactions to the animals. She was in HEAVEN. She would grunt and screech and clap and scream with excitement.  All the while, trying to bust out of her stroller to get up close and personal with the little fellas. She would cry every time we left a room too.

Soy and Hayleigh, always by eachother.
looking at the monkeys swinging around
getting sprayed in the face by the elephant
 RHINO!
we made a pit stop for lunch and treats for Cam's bday, and tried out best to get a group shot of the kiddles.  Holy kids!
My anxiety got the best of me at lunch, so me and my people headed off on our own for a bit. The polar bear was AMAZING. Just right in your business, up in your face, over and over and over again.

After we finished up the rest of the park, we went and met up with the others back at the giraffes.

 lil monkeys

and the WHOLE group. Masses I tell you!
