DAYS GONE BY.........

These past few weeks have been kind of a "non funner" zone for us...not that we don't love chillin at home together for countless days in a row, but I do miss the sun, and the parks, and the pools of summer and fall. We finally got to go to the park when last week, warmth graced our presence again! oodles of our friends came to join us- it was SOOOOOOOOOO fun!

Conli has discovered "com-poo-ter"ing. I love to see her bitty little hand maneuvering the mouse aroung dora land. She wakes up asking to play. Don't worry, time is rationed daily. But oh how she loves her computer time.

My kids have become OBSESSED with taking pictures. We have DOZENS of them on our computer. They're actually surprisingly good- maybe they should start somethin' and get to making some dough! really though- i'm not like that- yet----- but this was after Conli had done a photo shoot of her tired mom...i love her!

Wendy's joined the club of 30's- so we celebrated at Magleby's fresh...oh the yummy syrup

Last Saturday, my heart was stolen by my long lost love. (don't worry, i fully confessed to Brent= he's cool with it) No, not Texas Roadhouse- although it did come in at a close 2nd.---after dinner with these fabulous people (who, may I add, we've never had the privilege of dining with all at once at a restaurant in 7 years.....in laws UNITE)

My FAVORITEST brother in law- Mr. JD- took me to New Kids on The Block- oh yes I did!!!!!!! Karri, and Bre came with us, and it was THEE.FUNNEST.NIGHT!

Karri brought most of her old buttons, so we accessorized while we waited to be upgraded to the lower bowl. And yes, I was 12 again. And yes, Jordan Knight was my boyfriend.

if you only knew how i LOVED these boys in my past....oh boy! i was a screaming,ravaging, 12 year old once again! it was thee.most.fun. Did I already say that????

thursday was betty crocker day. We had Thanksgiving Bunco, which meant- pies- check, and rolls-check. So, I did it. And Kara came down and we made picture frames for her baby's room.... how fun!( and who knew 'said baby' would be joining us the next day!!!???)

After the night o' fun, some of us decided to go to Twilight- opening night- screaming teenagers- and cutest Janet made everybody goodie bags. It was awesome!

when you're going to a movie that starts at 12:03 a.m. and you are in your seat at 10:00 because the theater ( and movie goers, ahem) is insane and seats people that early, you have to find ways to entertain yourselves! bring out the shaker game!!!!

the movie crew. happy birthday to kim- wearing the birthday cowboy hat- and thanks for getting tickets! My take on the movie- great! i loved it. i had no expectations, so i didn't get let down- except by the ANNOYING girl in front of us- oh.my.gosh. she was ridiculous. heather called it! but yeah, it was good- warning that the music is CHEE-EESY, and there's a few things that could've been a bit better, but it was great!

friday morning, i was planning on getting in some serious sleepage. BUT!!! I got something even better! A new niece!!!!!!! Kara and Ben had their beautiful baby girly around 7:15. i missed the birth- my bad- shut my phone off- DANGET, but oh how we love her. Max and Conli rushed over to the hospital with me as soon as we could.
