Just a sweet picture of my girlies in their beautiful flowing princess nightgowns
from Aunt Karri to begin!

Remember how it snowed for what seemed like 40 days and 40 nights??? Well, at least these 3 thought it was pouring down heaven....I promise, if I owned boots I'd have played with them! that's a good excuse!

hehehe---- their faces were so freezing, but they wouldn't quit!

angels, by my angels....oh cheese

Sawyer was a huge fan of the flakes in her face, but she still attempted the angel

And what's wrong with telling your children to lie down in the middle of the road???

Over Christmas break we were lucky to have a few fun outings.
This day, we went to see Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. Well, the plan didn't really go as we thought it would. The guy in front of Heather in line bought the last 2 tickets, so we got to enjoy AstroBoy instead. And honestly--- it was a pretty good little flick, and the kids loved it!

Max's face you ask? The daycare used his face as a canvas that morning- he LOVED it and wouldn't wash it off....his dad HATES stuff like that- hehehehe- so I let him keep it on at the movie

Tiff, Heath, Jess and her girls joined us

word out astro
One night we embarked on a new journey. Now, if any of you know where Summer lives, this is halfway up the monster of a hill....We were venturing across the great white to have a girls night. The van that we're renting until our car (bless it's heart) is fixed couldn't make it up 2 feet before skidding scarily backwards and sideways, so we decided to park it at the bottom and walk up.....wowsers!!!! Eat your heart out Billy Blank...THIS was a work out! (maybe more of a work out for some :) heheheheh )
almost to the top. Good thing we had our healthy swigs to keep us going!
We also got to enjoy the cleanliness of Chuck E's during the break- but it's worth it for the little peeps happiness, and they truly HEART that place.
rides! YAY!
tickets! YAY! Some sweetheart gave Max 450 tickets as she was leaving- way to work that mack my boy!
3 little cuties!
the reason for the gathering was because Mary was in town. Sadly, she was busy chasing around Casen more than mingling, but it was still fabulous to see her! Jess, Janet, MAry, Heather, Me, Sum + Pierce
cute little red heads...don't know where Reesa was for this pic!
for New Years Eve we got to party hardy at Mark & Sabra's!
We played this awesome game=4 rounds. 1st round- Taboo'ish. 2nd Round- charades. 3rd round- 2 words. 4th- statue.
It was so fun!!! Brent concentrated really hard.

somehow, we always get a picture of whatever Mark's enjoying on the inside...gross....
Max's dinner consisted of about 41 brownies...whatever keeps him happy- and quiet right?
our twinners
the kids finally discovered the dress ups and put a little show on for us- yes Max directed, wrote, and starred in it. Yes, he is my son.

Soy got some good pics of the party

As we watched the ball drop, the kids were SOOOO Excited to say HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! It was so sweet watching them all run around huggin eachother- Sawyer leaped onto Brent's lap for some New Years loves
the ladies of the night...Sawyer fully thought she should be included in this picture. Ran right over when she saw we were a'huddling
we've loved the bubbles Grandma Joan gave us for christmas- they're already gone!!!
This was after a sweet date night- we went to dinner at Asian Star with Lindy, Jason, Mark & Sabra. Oh the deliciousness- and courtesy of some of the best neighbors ever!!! We love you Shikeyah!!!!! And as if we weren't full enough, we had to stop and load up on more delectable goodness at Coldstone. After setting the camera up twice on the self timer on the table across from us, a dear sould took pity on us and snapped a good shot....thanks sir
Sunday night we had some comp'ny for dinner. YUMMY burgers- Sean's kind of a chef at burgers- I hate to say it, but he is...... The kids took over the table- oh, I mean, the kids and Ange
then the children watched a movie-well, we tried to make them watch a movie to keep them contained- it worked kind of good :)
the men played the box- course!
and ange and I just got to have some good old talking time. We missed you Sum + sick boys!!!!
I know I say it alot, but the truth is never changing- we are so blessed with wonderful friends and family all around us. I'm grateful, more than once a day for the people that we are lucky to share this life with. I pray God will bless each and every one of you this year. We love you!
