I feel like I've seen so many movies lately and I NUB it!!!! Thanks to all my ladies for always being up for our chica flickas and for the hubbies supporting our habit!

Here are Jesse, Steph, Me, Ange and Kara at Time Travelers Wife- pretty sure it wasn't that good. Yes, I cried at the end- after it finally started smooth sailing- but it was weird, and the bums- oh the bums-----
we had Bunco last week and I'm back in the saddle again-that means my hiatus is over!- and I'm glad! I L.U.V bunco and I've missed the fun! It was an awesome night too, cuz lots of the "founders" of this group were able to sub.
Here's Janet, Sherri, Amy, Me, and Tiffy gettin our roll on

After the finale Bunk-Off (Danielle rocked it- i know, cuz I counted for her)
Me, Danielle, Sum, Janet and Steph
please don't mind the work out clothing- i came straight from the gym-what can i say? I love me my turbo
That night we went to 500 days of Summer and I'd heard nothing about this movie 'cept that people liked it. the verdict?= AWESOME!!! We laughed so hard!!! It was funny, and sad, and good and I really really loved it! I'm so happy that we all got to go!!!! Sum-the picture taker-, Jess, Steph, Me, Janet, Heather, Maretta, Brittany, Kristen and Katie= good times!
and nevermind my movie watching get-up lately- jammies=perfect!
So, ever since we put Sawyer into her big girl bed- the child's lost sleep. She wakes up every morning at 6:59....SUPER UGH!!!! If you know me at all, you know I'm not an uber fan of anything morning- that equals too early- but the good thing- she'll still take a good nap or just crash on her own- she NEVER crashes on her own- but this morning, she couldn't handle it any more and she just fell right to sleep in the chair----poor baby
Later that afternoon- good as new- and cute to boot
Last weekend we got to go to the Victor cabin with Peterson's. Brent and Aaron were participating in a "Fishing for a Cure" thing they had going on and so Dar and I braved the 7 kids betwixt us and chilled all weekend pretty much alone.....oh boysies!

Sawyer catching some zzzzz's on the way up. She slept about an hour and that was the only hour there was some quiet on the 5 hour drive- she is non stop- and have i mentioned how loud she is? OH my GOSH!!!!!
I loved looking back and finding this....they're so funny/and sweetness

they had to amuse themselves somehow- the DVD player wasn't working- so that meant some good ol' car hide-n-seek
Sawyer got in on the fun too
And each time she pulled her blankie off she'd say, "I'm cwyasee!!!! My hair!"
We got to Victor around 2 and the boys decided Dar and I needed some alone time at least once for the weekend- bless their lil thoughtful hearts- so Dar and I drove into Jackson Hole for some DELICIOSOS lunch at Merry Piglets- one of my most favorite places. See Exhibit A below
those were my chicken nachos- best EVER. I'm still craving them. I wonder if they ship world wide?

That night there was a little kick off for the weekend ahead, but it was more of a "wine and cheese" type setting, so we dropped the boys off and went back home to entertain the troops.
When the kids pulled out the croquet set, it immediately took me back to Lewistown, Montana- where I grew up, and where I spent almost every day of my life at my grandparents house playing- I used to use the croquet mallets as crutches, so of course, I had to try here- then the kids followed- worked a bit better for them though.....oh, how i miss those days.....
strike a pose there's nothin to it
Looking so innocent
Don't let Miss Curly Locks or Mr. Brown Eyes fool you- they may look delicious and innocent- but they're the naughtiest of the crew!!!!
more poses from the Sawyer model

They couldn't get enough of eachother and copied eachothers' every move that first day

Ash showing me his ginormous muscles
The next day, Dar's kids wanted to do a lemonade stand- course my kids were elated and jumped right on board. Dar brought all the fixins and I made a quick sign and the kids decorated it so sweet
how could you not purchase anything from these beauties??? They each took turns "dancing" with the poster- I think we've driven by 1 too many Lil Caesar's lately...but they busted those moves to attract the shoppers!!! Also, they weren't too bad in the yelling/screeching dept.
Meanwhile, we chilled in the shade and played bubbles

FIRST customer!!!!!!
2nd group- Sawyer got in on the action
the "intimidation" factor the ladies and gentlemen got if they didn't look like they were going to stop
Marin and Max worked the "need money for teeth" look

and Ashton just flased his sweet self, held out his hand, and the money flew in
Beautiful Mes.....
The man in the white shirt was so funny- he was so loud and willing to participate. the old folks in the black car though- they were pretty determined to get the most for their 25 cents and made sure those cups were full!
Those kids made BANK that morning! I think we were out there for 2 hours- maybe less, and they pulled in $25!!!! GOOOO VICTOR!!!!

Sawyer was interested in all things Mesa this weekend. Here she is inquiring about Mesa's lunch. She was so sweet with her- she took her on walks, and helped her keep her head up, and play with her toys and sing songs. I loved it. She's still talking about her
We mozied over to the park one fine afternoon. It was fun, and beautiful.

Max got his first bee sting- lil buggers were hiding all over the climbing wall...
After the park, we decided to pull ou the sprinklers.
they created awesome puddles for Greyson and Sawyer to jump in creating hours of fun.

We took many jumping action shots- here are the best ones:
Marin- AHHHH!!!
Conli- Woo Hoo!!
Max- leap of glee
Sawyer trying to get brave enough to jump- didn't quite make it
Me and the girlies
And my favorite of all- Ashton's Muscle Jumper
Group Jump
now to dry off. Marin's so funny....no matter what or where she is, she had to be touching Max- notice the hands....I love her!
Greyson finally had enough of his soggy clothes and opted for nude playin
Sopping Sawyer

That night there was a party of sorts over at the Clubhouse for the Foundation. It was for Rhett's Syndromes- specifically for a little sweetheart named Ella and they had music, games, food, full bar- and don't you worry- cookies of goodness
Dar, Greyson and Mes chillin
Here Conli had been told to stay out of the sand- so messy- but she got caught- such the innocence
This lil toy was the life of the party for all the kids involved! You'd stick these rubber rocket things on the end, and jump- sending them shooting into the air. The kids played with them forever
Day 2: the men had another round of this:
Conli took some great pictures of herself
and we enjoyed more of this:
Saturday night, Darla loaded up her family and headed home- it was so fun to play. Yes, we concluded that doing this again may not be the best idea- but rather, having the hubbies around next time is a better idea. The days were long, but the kids played really well for the most part and it was really fun being somewhere with some of our best friends!!! I got to go on a 2 hour bike ride with different amounts of children too and I could've gone all day- it was SOOO beautiful and perfect there. I loved it!!!!

So, since Peterson's left Saturday night back to their home, we had the cabin to ourselves til we left Sunday morning. It was relaxing, and fun. Thanks Petey's!!! WE LOVE YOU!!!!

the kids were plum.TUCKERED.out from their long weekend and were asleep within minutes on the way home.

But never you fear, they were wide awake for their Wendys---have I mentioned how much my kids love this place??? I'm so over it....no offense Wendy's- but seriously....grosss
Sawyer thoroughly enjoyed her lunch
We got home safe and sound and are so grateful for good friends!!!!

Sawyer chillin in my bed trying to avoid the camera....I think it's sweet
We've tried to fit in our last week of "summer" with as much swimming as possible. We went as a family Tues. night after my game and it was so fun. I think that was the only the second time daddy's come with us this year- sad face.
Summer, Lind and Jess came over Thursday to swim and there were cookies involved- nummers!
Thanks for coming guys!!!

This picture was taken on accident- I had the camera ready for our "underwater faces" but accidentally hit the button on our- "ready....set....breathe in...." faces
ta da
Conli wanted to do some underwater posing....but of course she did....she's hilarious

We went swimming friday with Kara and Hadley too, but neither of us remembered our cameras...WHAT!!!!!??? I know, I know....it's a shame, but it's true. I can not handle the fact that pools are closing, and summer's about done. It's my most wonderful time of the year!!! I do love fall- I love the fact that we can stay outside all day and not sweat our goods off, but how i love the heat, and the pool and the laying out, and the summer.....and the worst part of all- after fall is winter.....oh winter.....let's not talk about it
