I'm a little instagram obsessed, so besides the normal camera stuff, I need to document this also!

 I am in love with Fin's squishy buns in this picture.

 Date night with Cod and Ivy ended up where else!? JCW where they had NEVER been!!!!! Can you imagine!  We also gave Iv her first smart phone take a picture lesson!  Love them.

 Nuthin says good work out like a yogurt parfait and some DC right after! Sometimes I forget that it's early day and don't work out fast enough and then Sawyer doesn't have enough time to get home to eat before school so we go here instead.....

 While Wendy and I work out at The Point by ourselves, the kids sometimes stay in the car strapped into their seatbelts where they can't bug us :) Sawyer sometimes has photoshoots with them during her "babysitting" hours :)

 And Ty is one who loves all things superhero. This day, he'd gotten tired of his mask and brought it over for Wend to hold. So, we figured it couldn't hurt our front squats! So funny we are!  And the best was that some girls came in to check out the gym while we were wearing these! Embarrassing!

 And they are SOOO blessed to get this guy for a big brother. Look how Fin's clutching his arm!!!! I love it!

 We went to one of Daddy's bball games, where I don't really watch the game, I watch the kids, so I hate going, but it was fun, and I'm in love with this picture of Sawyer.

 One time it was nice enough outside to play on the tramp at sunset. It was glorious, so we took pictures. 

 Mini girls night of fun at Farr's with me and Wend in matching pantaloons!  I've said it before and I'll say it again- I have the worlds best friends.

 This one has decided that washing your hair is awesome, especially if you do it while you have the bottom half of yourself dressed and no water in the tub and mom is busy elsewhere getting the older kids ready for school.....this child.....

 Finny and Ty- kind of in love. They were engulfed in watching the garbage man out the window during this play date of fun.

 Karri does not disappoint in the Auntie dept. She surprised the nieces and took them with her and Mana to Disney on Ice. They loved every minute of it!

Winter Staycation 2013

Hello. My name is Lisa and me and my friends like to take trips together.

Sometimes a trip isn't very doable, so we do staycations. 

They are fabulous also.

And close to home, so when you only have a day and a half it's ok, cuz you don't have to drive far!

Heather and I started out this rendezvous a lil early by going to "Safe Haven" where a tree is now a very romantic spot to have a kiss.

Then we mozied over to the mall for some shopping/looking around. Wendy met up with us at the mall.

I found what I was looking for too! That is always a plus! I love me a big scarf!

We met up with Sum at Mimi's and dined on some nummy dinner.

on the way to the hotel, we had to stop and get a drink duh!  The drive thru line was looooong, but I'm not opposed to waiting it out when the option is going outside in the wither your skin away coldness. But, Heather stepped up to the Jorge plate and went inside and got me not one, but 2 drinks! (it may or may not have taken just as long as the drive thru because an old man may or may not have taken 15 min to order)

Heather did not let us down- oh no! She had these lovely gift baskets lined up for us!

Once we got sitcheeated, we decided to warm up in the hot tub.

We took a great trolley down the hall way to the pool area

 Wendy the creeper- and Heather having the time of her life!

 I was flying backwards...and loving it!

 Summer didn't want to get wet, so she was the photog while she planned her lesson.  And, unbeknownst to us, the hot tub was closed!!!!!!! There was a sign saying the health department had shut it down! And not to be debbie downer, but we don't want crabs, so we tried to brave the pool....twasn't warm enough.

 Heather called upstairs and asked them what was going on and they said it was all good. The health dept was coming back to take the sign off and just hadn't yet, so we jumped on it.

Then we took some more trolleys back to the room

 And Heather practiced her parade route wave.

 Wendy was feeling a little jipped that she was always being the horse and not the rider, so after she pouted, we let her have a turn.

back into the room and jammers, Jared was nice enough to bring us our own bit of warm water so Heather could concoct some carameled apple cider!

We needed a picture of us with our drinks- of course- and Wendy was going to take it because she was not partaking in the cidery goodness. Lo and behold, she had a granny moment and turned the camera to herself to take our picture. This is the gem she took! It was hilarious!!!!!

We laughed our heads off!!!!!

 But we didn't leave her out of the beverage picture. She got in too.

 I got some froth on my noses.

We do not just lounge around and be lazy on these getaways- no!  We get things done! Like hair!

summer was so excited to be there :)

Ever watched this show where there are 4 guys and they dare eachother to do hilarious things and if they fail they have to do something insanely embarrassing. Well, if I could remember the name of it, I'd tell you to look it up, but I can't. It's HILARIOUS. Wend and I sat and watched a couple episodes and laughed our heads off!

 Twas so fun! Love my friends! Love that we have AWESOME hubbies that let us take little getaways every now and then!!!!!! Love that we have a girls trip sock collection too!
