Party in the P.C. with the Roberts Family

For Christmas, my mom's work gave her a weekend getaway in Park City.
True to form, she was a sweet heart and invited us up to play for a day.
We were stoked to go play! We hadn't spent a lot of time with my parents for a while and it was just what the Dr. ordered.
OH, and Casi and Taisyn were there to play too!

Trying to get the babies for a quick pose didn't work so much, but they're still cute.
Especially with their Mana.

I was going to take some pictures of their sweet digs for the wknd, but I got distracted. It was an AWESOME place. I kind of want to live there when I'm single and rich.....so, I won't, but it would be fun. Maybe Brent and I can retire there...hmmmm...a girl can dream right? They were staying at the Skylodge- located in the heart of main street in Park City and I loved every bit of it.
 Me and Nanny Tass
 the Roberts' blondies
(and a bitty brown one)
There was a hot tub on the porch, and the kids were in heaven.  How fun it was for them to be nice and warm while it was snowing away outside. It was beautiful. And I love the memories it made for them.

My sweet little chubby pie.  I said say cheese, and SHE DID!!!!!
be still my heart.
 Tais and Uncle
In the elevator on the way to outlet!
The kids loved it because it was a bit "charlie and the chocolate factory" all see thru and stuff
Me and Soy stopped to take a snapshot at the same place we took one in the fall.
 I seriously love this place
Girls keeping themselves occupied with snow while we shopped
For dinner we ate at a fine mexican establishment called...um, I don't know...we forgot...but it was nummy
and super romannic ;)
dad couldn't believe the sparks that were flying!
I love these two with all my heart!
 and so do my people
and we love this sweet boy
"Finley, just listen to me for one second"
"Taisyn, are you serious!? Don't be grabbing my arm!"
"why...why oh why are girls soooo annoying!!!!"
They were so funny. I can't wait for them to get bigger and play and be besties!

Cute mama and baby
And cute mama and scary lady
 Group pic!
And try 3 worked for the outside shot. Twas cold!
 I love you daddy!!!!!!!!!
 Sweetness!!!!

I LOVE this picture. Max can't get enough of his papa
And Conli is relentless at teasing her Mana. I love it.
We had promised the kids they could swim, and we would not be liars! So, Casi and I robed up and took the babes a'swimmin!
Well, after a photo shoot of course!

 fashion fashion

Max was giggling his head off. And just kept saying, " I love this kid!" It was so cute. He's such a sweet heart.
 Come to me jungle friends!
 whoo whoo!
strike a pose there's nothing to it.

perhaps we forgot the key and Casi and Con raced back to get it. Conli won because Casi was trying to flash me and got disqualified....and behind...

The pool we thought we were going to, that we could see from the room, was in reality, not owned by the Skylodge, so we had to settle with a teensy lap pool and hot tub. Luckily, no one else was there- and by no one, I mean the kids scared away the 2 other teenagers that were there for some quiet time! Sorry! :)
So, we didn't stay long, but long enough!
It was a great day spent with people I love so much. Thanks mom for spending your down time with us. Thanks Casi for watching the kids so Brent, Dad, Mom, and I could go perusing the main street shops and get some good quality much needed time in. You are all the best and we love you forever!!!!

OH! and let us not forget....
girl time is always good.
Amanda, Sum, Kiersti, and Wend
movies, yogurt, laughing. shopping, eating
good night.

T*R*I*C*K* OR T*R*E*A*T*

I finally got pictures from Karri so that I can keep the bloggin up.....and oh how much bloggin I have to do!!!!! ONWARD HO!

The morning of Halloween was full of giggles, and yells, shouts of hellelujahs for the joys of the day ahead

Harry was KEDAVRA'ing all over the place

 Alice was sweet and beautiful
and they were SOOO excited for their costume parades
Sawyer got dressed up to watch the festivities too. She was a little bit concerned about being in her costume, but I told her she should probably wear her costume all day since it was halloween and stuff....
 i love that little lady
"aw mom, do you have to?"
and the complete opposite was all about me taking as many pictures as I possibly could!
School was a blast, besides the mishap I had helping out in Max's class.....mother of the year, right here.
I volunteered to do a game for the kids during their party;
but I never really knew what time it was at....well, i thought I did, but I couldn't get ahold of the teacher or the mom in charge, so I guessed,
and I guess wrong.....
I walked in and he turned around and smacked his desk, started crying and said, "It's over"
I felt about 1" tall.
SOOO embarrassing. I hugged him, and choked back my own tears, and tried to explain to him how truly sorry I was....didn't help.
He was so upset.
Luckily, his teacher is awesome, and she asked me to just stay and play the game with the kids.
Teacher to the rescue!
Bless her!
So, Halloween wasn't ruined after all!

That night, we loaded up the kids and headed to Mana's for the annual trick or treating in the cul-de-sac.
The kids couldn't hardly stand it. The anticipation was overflowing.

and me and Karri made them wait while we snapped a few photos (which, if you know me at all, or have ever even glanced at my blog, you know that a "few" really means like 45)

I love Conli trying to get Fin's attention

and then, we were off! Red Rider Wagon with Merrywether in tow!
I just couldn't get enough pictures of her!

 perfect knock knockity knock
 the troops

Aunt Laurie bestowed the first treat to Finley
she didn't really know what to think
As always, we have to get a picture with the giant purple sick spider.
And poor Harry was attacked

We made the rounds, got oodels of candy- most of which my kids won't touch, but it's the thought that counts right?
And it was the perfect night.

Finley, stripped of her blooming dress, rolled around freely in delight.

oh this baby.
There are no words.
