CONLI'S 7!!!!!!!!!

I know everyone says it, but I must say, I can't believe she's already 7!!!! I feel like we should still just have 2 kids....time flies so fast!! My chubby cherubic dream of a baby girl is getting so big. And we are so blessed to have her as part of our family.

 I was working the night of her actual birthday, but we decided to go to Wingers with Whalen's for her birthday dinner. Those kids are so in love with eachother! Such good times always! :)

 Well, let's just say I'm not the best at being supportive of the bday parties. I don't love the set up, the hulabaloo or the hoopla surrounded, and honestly, if I had the money to pay someone to do something cute, I would, but I have all these ideas, and then, I honestly don't want to be bothered. BUT....my sweet girl had been asking and asking when we were going to party it up, and it had been 2 weeks since her bday and we hadn't planned anything, so one night I just decided we were going to surprise her with one!

I got on pinterest and since she wanted a flower party (don't know where that came from) we came up with a couple things. I had found the cutest cake ever, but didn't give myself time, and then she said she wanted cupcakes anywho, so that's what we did.

Flower balloon party favors for the gals:

 We invited her favorite girls over and had them at home at 4:15. Lily, Ellie, Mara and Brynn. They were so giddy it was ridiculous! Trying to get them to hide and sit still for 2 minutes was TORTURE!!!

 Karri was here too, I mean, what's a party without Aunt Karri!

 We'd blown up a bunch of balloons, so the girls had been staticing them all over themselves and the walls before Brent let us know he was on the way home.

 So, she walked in, and I was standing there with the camera. First thing she saw was the sign and the balloons and I don't think it had set in, then the girls all jumped up and she dropped everything in her hands, said "that freaked me out" and ran to Karri. She was SO excited. I LOVE the happy on her face in this picture!

She had a blast. We also had made some life saver flower lollipops that worked fabulously.  It was so fun. And so worth it. She was soooo happy that these friends were here! What a sweet girl we have!!!!
