Ahhh..blessed Christmas morning finally arrived
The kids were showered with crafts this year. They have played with them every.single.day.since.  They are such artsy kids. I love it!
Max asked for Stratego every day of his life since October, so Santa couldn't disappoint.
And having asked for a Wii every other year of his life, Santa finally obliged.

and can you see the evil glint of happiness here? Her favorite treat ever.  Hersheys. She would've been COMPLETELY satisfied with only this.
I found these cute hats for the gals at a boutique in Logan at Thanksgiving time.

Another thing on Max's list- football cards.  Kid was blessed to get every single thing he asked for this year.
Every time we are at Mana & Papa's, the girls spend countless minutes playing Guess Who. So, we got them their own game.
BUT, riddle me this.
Why are there only 7 girls in the whole thing???
So stupid.

Comfiest sockies on earth from Mana & Papa
 hoops for the room
Sawyer's present for us. A cook book and pot holder. So cute!
hahah- look at her face!
 and from Con.
Fin was super excited to get her singing glow worm!
Since our ward meets at 1, we decided to high tail it over to Mana's church and go with her at 9. It worked out fabulously, and was great to be there all together.

Our post Sacrament meeting picture.
I loved having church on Christmas Day.
Such a beautiful reminder of the season and the reason.

We got breakfast going straight away and the kids busted into their stockings.

Christmas morning garbage is the best!

Then the kids had a blast getting everyone their designated piles

If you recall, Conli received a Caboodle a la Santa at the Christmas which Sawyer promptly responded with an evil cry "you will share that with me". Well, never fear with Aunt Karri near. She made Sawyer her very own cosmetology belt, equipped with everything a girl needs for some beautifying, and a caboodle filled to the brim with some make ups (all fake of course!)
NO BAKE OVEN! from Aunt Karri
 games!

 crafties!

and as always- WHERE ARE THE KIDS!????
why hello neighbor gifts- don't know why this is right here, but I'll take it. Found these cuties on Pinterst. Claimed they only took a couple minutes....FALSITY FALSE FALSE!!!! I about ripped out my armpit hair getting them done, but they were cute and worth it. The kids loved taking them to their primary teachers and friends!
Paper fun. LOUD and FUN. CRAZY for 10 minutes straight.

Cute Fin & Grandma Joan- love that we caught this (althought it wasn't Christmas day...)

Christmas Day was, as it always is it seems, over quicker than it should've been.  We spent the entire day at Mana's- which we usually don't do. But it was good and fun.  We went and saw the house that Breanne and Pat are moving to in Spanish Fork, and grandma Joan brought all her gifts to mom's so we didn't have to go there. We relaxed. The kids played games, and it was a great day.

Yay for Christmas two months later! I love your description of the "easy" neighbor treats. I never believe recipes when they say they only take a short amount of time. Those 30-minute cookbooks? Lies, all lies! And hey, you are moving? Sadness :(
