another week of summer has come and gone- but don't worry, we had mad amounts of fun!

Monday night we had a ghettofabulous FHE with Mink's, Whalen's and Peterson's- never a dull moment- thanks men!

Tuesday, Max had his last t-ball game (finally)! T-ball is the world's most worthless sport I've decided- hence, Max attended 4 games all "season". But, he proudly wore his medal, and Conli had fun playing "Wonder-muh-man" at his game!

Thursday, the ladies, gathered together to celebrate the up and coming Hayleigh at California Pizza Kitchen! It was fun! Thanks for letting us party with you Heath!
That morning, I was in the shower. Max came in asking if he could "use this". I didn't know what "this" was and I was rinsing out my hair, so my eyes were closed. I asked him what he was talking about and he tried to describe "it" to me- "you know, that stuff you put on your arms when you box?"

I came to, and realized what he was talking about and said sure- he lathered those pits right nice! "When you watch "JUMP IN" you get sweaty from all the boxing Mom!, " he told me

We have had TONS of fun swimming at our clubhouse with friends! Thanks everyone for coming all the way over here to play!!!!!!

Friday night, after our soccer game (yeah, we won), we headed up to our cabin with the one and only Whalen Family. We knew the sleeping situation would be a bit sketchy, but after we got Bubba and Sawyer asleep we finally got the big kids to lay down- around 11:30- they were busy telling "haunted stories"

And after a TERRIBLE night's sleep for us girls, the boys got up at the butt crack of dawn to fish. Didn't Brent look right nice????

We were pretty pooped

But, we had to do something! So, we headed down the mountain for some good, clean fun at the huge pool! Yeah, it's about the size of my car- ok, it's a little bit bigger, but it served it's purpose fine! It had a slide, and a diving board, a kiddie pool, and a tiny pool for Sawyer! (they wouldn't let ANY swim diapers in the real pool- we snuck William's by them!)

Since Brent is now obsessed with biking, he thought it'd be fun to ride his bike from the pool to the cabin....fun? No. Hard. Uphill. Sweaty. Stinky Brent.
We attempted to give the little ones naps when we got back- but this is what happened. Oh William- so sweet and innocent.......Summer trimmed my hair growing mullet on the porch-

and then we voted to head home and not brave another night of no sleep.

We stopped and ate at T-Cees on the way home- they have the only shakes in the whole town- and piccadillies- oh wait, they don't have those any more- just tots/home fries/curly fries and shakes

thanks for coming guys! It was fun- next time, no kids allowed!!!!!

and now, for another week of summer fun!!!!
